Overview

The function of the Planning Board is to ascertain that new construction adheres to the laws of the Town, State and Federal governments. This board reviews subdivisions as well as site plans for development in the Town.

Planning Board members, all dedicated volunteers, are appointed by the Town Board under New York State Municipal law § 271.
